About the Teacher
Brick has studied and taught yoga and meditation in India, Europe and the US for over
12 years. His public classes are held in studios such as the
Mindful Body and the Yoga Loft (please see the schedule for more info). He also teaches outpatients and doctors at Kaiser Permanente and students of all ages in local schools.
Individual sessions

Brick believes in bringing practice off the yoga mat and into daily life. In India, he founded
VolunteerTibet,
an organization serving the home-in-exile of His Holiness The Dalai Lama.
