Class Schedule
Classes are held primarily in San Francisco. If you are concerned about engaging your body's strength and flexibility or you have an existing condition or injury,
it is best to first sign up for an individual consultation or contact us and check which class is best for you.
Individual Instruction
Individual consultations are designed to recognize your personal needs and include:
1- Consultation - your goals and needs are discussed and clearly defined
2- Assessment - your physical capabilities and limitations are explored
3- Custom Design of Practice - your practice is designed to perfectly meet your needs including time constraints
4- One to One Teaching - each posture is taught in detail, with ample modifications and
adjustments
